2. Purpose

This legal notice governs the use of the Site, whose purpose is to provide information about events, tournaments and activities related to board games, trading card games (TCG), wargames and miniatures in Spain, as well as services aimed at stores and event organizers within the sector.

3. Terms of use

Accessing the Site grants user status, which implies full acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to use the Site and its content lawfully and in accordance with good faith and public order.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs and software) belongs to Imperio Noxus S.L. or to third parties who have authorized its use. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

The operator is not responsible for information provided by third parties (stores, event organizers, users) or for any damages arising from use of, or inability to access, the Site, without prejudice to liabilities established by applicable law.

6. Where event information comes from

Some events published on the Site are not entered by the store: they are collected automatically from the store’s own public sources (its public calendar, its online catalogue or its events page), and certain fields (date, time, game or event type) are inferred from that text by automated language-processing systems. Such information is provided “as is”, may contain errors or omissions, and constitutes no offer or commitment by the operator or by the store. Each event page states when the information comes from an automatic import that the store has not yet reviewed.

Event details are the responsibility of the organising store, which may change the time, price, seats or format, or cancel the event, at any time and without notice. Please confirm details with the store before travelling.

Any store may claim its page in order to review, correct or remove the information published, or request its correction or deletion by writing to info@tabletopagenda.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable time.

7. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The operator is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the operator's registered office, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
